This operation is a scam / fraud. They send your CV to companies that do not exist or to comapnies that have never subscribed to this service i.e. they send the CV to companies that don't even offer jobs. I subscribed to their services for jobs in Dubai and I got listings in India and even Nigeria !? (a scam company). They triple billed my credit card for services that I never reeived i.e. CV distribution to Genuine employers and CV evaluation.
They claim they have offices in Dubai Media City. I called the Media City but I was there is no such a company. This a link from their site
http://www.e-jobsearch.com/uae/about_us.html
I called one of the companies that they claimed they sent my CV to but I was told they NEVER received my CV. and don't have any dealings with this scam fraud company.

SMART CITY SCAM- OUR LAND NOT FOR SALE - OUR OPEN LETTER TO CM
To: People of Kerala
AN OPEN LETTER TO CHEIF MINISTER FROM A SOFTWARE ENGG ------------------------------------------------------ Dear Chief Minister, This is regarding your efforts to bring Smart City to Kerala and your subsequent press briefings. Its been brought out as if all this is done for us - IT professionals. Could you please make certain things clear?
Why do you talk about Labor camps in Dubai to justify giving land to Dubai Internet City (DIC)? How are they related? Then why are you not talking of the less deprived here? Our Adivasis were cheated time and again citing there is no free land available for them. How then can you say you are giving off 100 acres of land ‘left over’ after Bramapuram project? So it’s just a ploy. You happily ignore the fact that it’s in the very same city where you saw the so-called heaven that you saw the miserable labour camp too. You are just looking for excuses and blames it on us –the IT professionals. We would like to make some things clear.
The exodus of experienced IT professionals is the greatest challenge that any software company faces today. You ask any IT firm they’ll very clearly say attrition is the greatest threat. In the case of IT at least, our professionals are going abroad NOT because they couldn’t get a job here but because they got a job here and was experienced enough to go abroad and earn more. Mr. Chief Minister, you didn’t find any of us in those labour camps. We are going abroad by choice and not because we are forced to.
IT firms have focused on Kerala because we are qualified enough and the labour here is comparatively cheap. Not because you construct a building there. The much-needed infrastructure that of electricity and water should still be provided by our Government. Connectivity is cheap, easy and fast. What else are you looking for from DIC? Building constitutes just 10% of the infrastructure. DIC is not an IT firm. They are into real estate business. HOW can you give them those incentives, which can be given only to IT firms? It cannot even be classified as a private park as private IT parks can only house IT or ITES firms. THEN HOW CAN YOU DEAL WITH THEM AS PER IT POLICY? Do you have any assurance that they’ll use these land ONLY FOR IT OR ITES operations? Any written assurance? Or will you also like your predecessor Mr. Antony as in the case of self-financing colleges come back to us with crocodile tears and say they betrayed me? Or is this a ploy to extend all these facilities to Muthoot group and its private technopolis too? How did you come to this figure of 33300 jobs? How was this projection made? Any project management basics will tell you that the number of resources depends on the work in hand and duration. Have you estimated the work? You are just trying to fool the public again. IT policy to encourage less land utilization says every IT firm that employee 100 people or more per 0.3 acres of land consumed will be given an incentive. And DIC wants 100 acres free. IF 0.3 acres = 100 then 1 acre = 333 then 100 acre = 33300. THIS MIGHT BE THE FIRST DEAL ON EARTH WHERE JOB OPPURTUNITIES ARE DETERMINED BY THE LAND GIVEN FREE. If there is any other arithmetic behind this 33300, then we challenge the government to come up with that. But Mr. CM we now understand why we are in debt. Your calculator sensed your intentions and ditched you .To maintain the density for subsidy the job opportunities should be 33333 not 33300. And also its not just 100 acres its more than 300 acres. You say the deal is because government does not have funds to build the needed infrastructure.
WHY THEN ARE YOU SELLING INFOPARK? It has the entire infrastructure you can ask for. If there is something more required let the government name it. You have 26 companies operating there already. Around 4 lakh built up space constructed at Rs 1600/sq. ft. A monthly income from rent at Rs 16/sq. ft. Why do you throw this up? We don’t say you accepted bribe but you will have to explain why you manipulate and twist facts and favour a foreign firm there by surrendering our interest. 1) You said the deal is between Dubai government and Kerala government. Isn’t this a lie? Has Dubai government assured us 33300 jobs? Can you specify who signed the deal for Dubai government? 2) You cite IT policy to cover up the land deal. How can you deal with DIC with IT policy? IS it an IT Firm? 3) Of the 300 acres gifted, have you at least obtained in writing how much acres will be set-aside for IT? Then will you make that public? 4) Have they informed you that they will be going for residential complex and amusement parks there? If so why do you cite IT job opportunities as a cover up? 5) You say you won the deal even though AP, Karnataka and TN were after this. Do you know that they had an MoU signed with AP long back –in 2003? Have you enquired how many job opportunities that venture has generated? 6) You mentioned a website in your press release-that of Dubai Internet city. Have you noticed that it says only 5,500 employees are working there. How then do you think they will bring 33300 jobs? 7) How did you reach the number 33300? Isn’t it literally baseless? 8) You say since the incentive for IT firms is given off to these real estate dealers, there is no incentive for IT firms operating there. How can a government say that? How can you take allowance for one and give that to another? Is this not corruption? Tomorrow you might say I have taken salary for chief secretary and paid to my maidservant. Does that mean no one, not even the chief secretary can complain? The above clearly shows that you’ve gone out of your way to provide DIC with benefits, which defies all logic. We know you are a veteran in these dealings. But please do spare us. We cannot stand a party to sell off our land. If this is for us, we don’t need this. We need more IT jobs but if you make IT also an industry, which consumes so much land, YOU ARE CONVERTING IT AS ANOTHER INDUSTRY NOT SUITABLE FOR KERALA. Please do rethink. Find out some other ways of making money. Spare us Thanking You, Joseph C Mathew (Technopark -Kerala )

Jobs In Dubai
It’s almost 15 years now and we have approximately 769 recruitment agencies in Dubai. Some are legit and most are not. And some who are legally running a scam in Dubai and getting away with it.
To name a few, lets take a deeper look at foreign agencies “so called” operating in the UAE and local agencies, also the ones that are out there and famous for good/bad reasons. So here is the list out of 769 agencies that are even worth mentioning.
Your feed back about these agencies would be highly appreciated and you can email me at dubaiscams@gmail.com
Here is the list in no particular order:
1) JOBTRACKTelephone #: 009714 397 7751http://www.jobtrackme.com/
Very cheesy website, office in India not really reliable.
2) BAC MIDDLE EAST EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENTTelephone #: 009714 336 0350http://www.bacme.com/
There is no such thing as a ISO 9001 for a recruitment agencies or HR consultancy. Because there is not such thing as an agency with a perfectly working system especiall in Dubai. BAC is know to charge employers a huge commission fee almost 15% of the candidates annual income, which in return is paid by the candidate. Since the candidate things the agency is charging the employer, they are happy in their own delusional word.
3) KERSHAW LEONARDTelephone #: 009714 343 4606http://www.kershawleonard.net/
The name sounds attractive and that is pretty much it. Its not all that bad and you can probably give it a shot and let me know how it goes. I had friends who were happy with them for a bit. They do sound a bit racist at times only if you are an Indian with a Brit accent.
4) CLARENDON PARKERTelephone #: 009714 391 0460http://www.clarendonparker.com/
Good reputation, but placements are really slow and companies usually come to them for U.K. U.S. graduates mainly white people, So if you are of any other color, race or gender, forget about it.
5) Jobs In Dubai Telephone #: 009714 3454008
Fax #: 009714 3454009http://www.jobsindubai.com/
Well I did make the mistake of registering with them. Got a few bad offers and felt really under qualified. This company is completely online and does only something that is known as e-recruitment and they do have a good web presence. But I am not sure about the placement rates. I know many who are registered with them with no particular complaints in general except that they take to long to get you placed. Well you do have to pay for their service in advance and I found that a bit odd. So I called them to figure this out, I was told it was a deposit for the images they would post online that is viewable to the general public. This makes sense now. But if you are in a rush to get employed, probably a bad idea to register with them. Let me know of additional feed backs about this firm.
6) TALENT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCYTelephone #: 009714 335 0999http://www.talentdubai.com/
They are not so talented. Fees are high again, contract commitments are an issue. Employers sometimes do not pay them for a candidate referral. They can hold back your pay in advance if that is the case.
7) S.O.S RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTSTelephone #: 009714 396 5600http://www.sosrecruitment.net/
Big for nothing, it has a bad reputation for not keeping their promises. Candidates usually complain about getting offers and the disappearing act of S.O.S when they are in trouble waiting to hear from employers. Especially when they are called to Dubai on a visit.
8) BAYThttp://www.bayt.com/
A terrible online recruitment that is confused with recruitment and have their hands all over the country with no respect for any candidate’s privacy or income or education. They would treat a CEO with as much respect as they would treat their staff (Bad). X-employees of this company are really frustrated with the companies image and usually do not trust the management. They are also know to charge a huge amount of fee for any additional services they offer, as compared to any other agencies. If you are dissatisfied with their service, though luck, there are 1000 more out here.
9) Grafton GroupGeneral recruitment email: dxbadmin@grafton-group.comDubai recruitment email: dxbdubai@grafton-group.comtel :+971 4 3671939fax : +971 4 367 2798 http://www.grafton-group.com/
Our golden globe nominee for a treacherous service. From 7 candidates that recently contacted me letting me know they were down from the U.K without a hotel stay and money in their pockets because Grafton Group sent them a job offer for a bogus company that decided not to hire them after the joined work. BAD BAD BAD. Do not waste your time on this one for sure. Or travel without getting your facts right. I classify this agency as a Gold Digger, except for its your pockets in the end.

Gold Scam
The Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) Wednesday warned its members and investors in general to exercise caution in dealing with offers made to sell large amounts of gold at a discount to the market price.
Colin Griffith, Executive Director for Gold and Precious Metals for the DMCC, said, "Recent publicity and volatility in gold prices has attracted increased investor focus on this metal. In such circumstances, we often see an upsurge in fraudulent activity. This has been the case in recent weeks."
DMCC said it has become aware of a recent upsurge in such offers, which are almost always an attempt to defraud investors. The sellers frequently approach honest business partners who are unaware of how the gold market operates, according to DMCC officials.
The organization said the best protection is to deal only with reputable gold merchants, and be wary of any offers that claim to include a discount from the market place. The DMCC said the group would work closely with concerned authorities to ensure that appropriate action is taken to protect its members.
Investors with any concerns about proposed transactions can contact DMCC's financial compliance director at hassan.nasser@dmcc.ae

Hello dear,
I am Mr. Lawson Rhodes, a merchant in Dubai, Arab Emirate. I have been diagnosed with Cancer which was discovered very late, due to my laxity in careing for my health. It has defiled all forms of medicine, Right now I have only about a few months to live, according to my Medical Doctor. I have not particularly lived my life so well, as I never really cared for myself but the oil business. Though I am very rich, I was never generous, I only focused on my business as that was the only thing I cared for. But now I regret all this as I now know that there is more to life than just wanting to have or make all the money in the world.
I believe when God gives me a second chance and heal me I would live my life a different way from how I have lived it. I have sowed a seed for my healing I have willed and given most of my properties and assets to my immediate and extended family members and as well as a few close friends.
I want God to be merciful to me and accept my soul and so, I have decided to give arms to charity organizations and give succour and comfort to the less priviledged of the Tsunami Victims, as I want this to be one of the last good deeds I do on earth. So far, I have distributed money to some charity organizations in India and Malaysia. Now that my health has deteriorated so badly, I cannot do this my self anymore. I once asked members of my family to close one of my accounts in Saudi Bank and distribute the money which I have there to charity organization and to the less priviledged in Bulgaria and Sudan Africa They cashed the money but kept it only to themselves. Hence, I do not trust them anymore, as they seem not to be contended with what I have left for them already.
The last of my money which no one knows of is the huge cash deposit of twenty two million dollars $ 22 million that I have in the Vault of a Financial company in europe for safe keeping.
I want you to collect this deposit on my behalf and disburse it to the Tsunami EarthQuake victims in Asia for the less priviledged.
I will set aside 20% for you for your time and efforts. I need your urgent reply so that I will not have to go on sourcing for a credible person to handle this project.
If you are okey with the condition, do not hesitate to send me mail so that i can furnish you up with all the informations needed.
I wish to hear from you soon.
God bless you.
Mr. Lawson
